Beautiful holiday apartment at ground level, with capacity to accommodate 6 people visitors, in a complex with community pool in the San Carlos neighborhood, in the beautiful beach town of Llançá, in the southern part of the Costa Brava catalana.

- A beautiful and spacious living room, that gives direct access to the private garden of the house through the huge glass doors. Next to these doors is the built-in fireplace that presides over the living room together with the widescreen television that the occupants of the apartment will be able to enjoy from the comfort of the sofa that is located on the other side of the room. In the innermost part of the room, a set of dining rooms has been arranged, made of wood, with a seat for 6 diners. In this section we find the staircase that gives access to the upper level where we find the rest of the rooms.
- The room with bathroom that the apartment has is considered complete with a bathtub, in addition to the basic sanitary ware typical of a toilet.
- The 3 bedrooms that the house has would be double both in size and capacity, 2 of them with a pair of single beds each and the remaining one has a double bed. In all of them there are various pieces of furniture that offer sufficient storage for the belongings of the occupants of the room in question.
- The kitchen is fully equipped at the level, with a appliance and a wide selection of complementary kitchenware.
- Going out to the part of the outside of the house, at the back, we come across a small porch with a terrazzo floor where a set of garden furniture has been arranged that makes up an outdoor gazebo with seating for 4 diners. A little further out is where you would find the charming individual garden delimited by tall and leafy coniferous hedges that provide the necessary privacy to the solarium formed by the sun loungers that have been arranged there.

Given the proximity of the accommodation to the coastline of Llançá through which the beautiful GR-92 runs, we should choose the direction we want to follow to explore the magnificent Camí de Ronda. This path that accompanies the Costa Brava for 130 kilometers offers visitors some of the most exceptional viewpoints of the Mediterranean Sea in all of Catalonia.
So, if we head north, the first thing we will find is a natural pool that the waves have carved over time, which offers us a calmer bathing area than the rest in terms of currents. If we continue to progress in our walk, we will also be able to see the charming port of Sant Carles, an old maritime parking area with less depth than the modern marina of the town, but which has a more charming aspect.
Continuing on our way, in the enclave of Cabo de Sant Jordi, is where we will come across the bunker of Argilera, in the vicinity of the beautiful beach of the same name. If we continued walking for a little less than half an hour and even less than 2 kilometres, we could also visit another of the many remains of the Civil War found in the region, such as the Cap del Ras bunker.
