Charming apartment for 4 people in the surroundings of Playa del Puerto, in the peaceful Girona town of Llançá, on the Costa Brava, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

The accommodation has the following facilities that its guests can enjoy:

• 2 double-sized bedrooms, each of which has a pair of twin single beds although wider than standard. Both rooms have large built-in wardrobes and two side tables on which independent lamps are placed. The rooms are exterior and their large windows guarantee abundant natural lighting for much of the day.

• The living room has a rest area in which there is a piece of furniture on which the television set restsand next to it a comfortable multi-seater sofa from which you can watch it. Closer to the access door to the living room is a dining room set for 6 people.

• The kitchen, which has a very complete equipment at the appliance level, arranges its furniture in two parallel countertops in which the above is included and a varied storage space in which the household is stored neatly.

• The bathroom is complete with a shower cabin whose tray is large, in addition to the rest of the basic toilets typical of a bathroom such as a sink or toilet.

• When we leave through the kitchen door to the outside we come across the laundry room, where the washing machine can be hung and is located in order to avoid any inconvenience arising from its use.

The house has as an annex a parking space in the community garage.

If by chance we like abandoned places, whether for tourist reasons or simply aesthetic reasons, in the old town of Molinars we can walk through its streets and especially houses with empty rooms in a most desolate picture.

This population center of just 15 farmhouses arose in the 18th century in the middle of the Sierra de la Albera, on one of the banks of the Molinars River where in ancient times a mill had been built, which the inhabitants dedicated themselves to exploiting exclusively and intensively, taking advantage of the force developed by the course of the water. This was the case until the threat of the Spanish Civil War knocked on the doors of the village and its neighbors fled to the east in search of safer environments from the hostilities generated by the conflict.

Not far from there, are the ruins of Molinás Castle, an old medieval fortress whose first Christian records of the time date back to the 10th century, but which is assumed to have a previous Muslim origin of which no documentary information remains. Here we can see the remains of a fortification with the Romanesque architectural language, which has been completely invaded by scrub vegetation, composing a picture that speaks of the passage of time and the little importance of human works compared to the force of nature.
