Magnificent attic for 3 people in the quiet location of Grifeu Beach, in the municipality of Llançá, in the part of the province of Girona, which bathes the Mediterranean Sea and has given the Costa Brava.

The guests of this accommodation can enjoy the following facilities:

• There is a unit space that combines the kitchen and the living room whose center is a small set of dining room for 2 people. This stay is both broad and luminous, the latter thanks to the glass doors that make up one of its full walls. On that side of the room we find the space rest outside the bedroom, although in it there is a sofa Trosillo convertible in bed from which we can comfortably contemplate the panoramic screen television that rests on the furniture in front.

• If we go to the opposite end, we find the kitchen furniture block where a complete appliance is integrated and also multiple spaces of storage where a large selection of Menage

• The only bedroom in the house is double size and has a marriage bed flanked per night tables with lamps. This outdoor orientation room has a wide that allows you to enjoy an abundant natural lighting.

• The bathroom which consists of this accommodation is complete, since in addition to the health such as sink, toilet or bidet, it has a bathtub of medium size. In this same cabin is the washing machine as a solution to the efficient distribution of spaces.

When leaving out of the house we access the huge terrace with spectacular sea views that has been equipped with exterior furniture for the enjoyment of its guests.

In the nearby municipality of Molinars, heading west towards the interior, we can find various remains of what was once the town with the same name now abandoned.

This was erected due to the busy operation of the mill that was located a few kilometers downstream, which had been operating since the early years of the Middle Ages, but it was not until the 17th century that part of the population decided to settle in the nearby environment and dedicate themselves to the exclusive exploitation of this resource. It would be in the Spanish Civil War when the village of just 15 family farmhouses falls into disgrace and the residents of Molinars decided to leave Llançá to live more protected from the possible attacks of the national side that took up arms.

Not far from there, the ruins of the Molinás Castle still stand, an old medieval fortress dating back to the 10th century in Christian records but which must have been built long before by the Muslim settlers who came to these latitudes.

If we have tired of ruins and abandoned the above, in the Sierra de Rodes, in the interior near Llançá, we find the monumental complex of the Monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, a Christian sanctuary in Catalan Romanesque style that rises at the top of one of the slopes of this mountain range on terraces designed by the hand of man, which support a hermitage with a high bell tower, a beautiful cloister, the monastic residence, the abbot's palace and areas of silent seclusion that have turned out to be exceptional tourist viewpoints, especially for seeing.
