In this room, a corner dedicated to rest has been arranged outside the bedrooms where a couple of individual armchairs and a comfortable sofa located behind a coffee table face the piece of furniture, on which rests the panoramic television that presides over the room. In a section that is closer to the kitchen there is a dining room set for 4 people.
- 2 double-sized bedrooms, one of which has a pair of twin single beds and the other has a double bed. Both have fitted wardrobes where visitors can store their belongings in an orderly manner during their stay.
- The house has a modern full bathroom with shower cabin and as an alternative for hygienic use it also has a toilet.
- The kitchen is fully equipped in terms of appliances, it also has multiple storage spaces where its wide selection of household items is arranged, which with all this will easily cover the needs of the inhabitants of the house at the time of meal preparation.
- On leaving, outside we find a good-sized terrace that surrounds almost the entire property, which at one of its largest points has been equipped with furniture so that guests can enjoy pleasant meetings outdoors free. A little closer to our point of origin in Llançá and less spectacular in nature, but more in architecture, we find on the south-western slope of the Sierra de Rodes, also considered within the Cabo de Creus Natural Park, the monumental complex of the monastery of San Pere de Rodes, which was the administrative religious center of the region.
