- The lounge is a cozy space, which despite being a ground floor, receives large amounts of natural light, since in front of its glass doors on the outer side it has no building but only the sea. In this stay we find a comfortable chaise-longe of large size from which the occupants of the house can enjoy the work chimney installed there or of the television that is available next to it. More towards the house, a set of dining room has been arranged with a seat for 4 people.

- The house has 2 complete bathrooms, one of them with a bathroom standard size and the other with a shower cabin. Both have a complete game of basic toilets.
- 3 bedroom s, 2 of them double both capacity and size, which have a couple of individual beds and a marriage bed, the latter with their own access to the outside through huge glass doors. The remaining room would be unipersonal in a much more youthful format, with an integral furniture that runs through one of its walls offering multiple storage spaces.
- The terrace that we find, when leaving through the room or the main bedroom, is of large size, showing as a porch in part underground in which a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged from which the inhabitants of the house can enjoy thinning in the outdoor with some unmatched views of the Mediterranean.
