Cozy apartment for 5 people, in the beach town of Llançá, in the upper part of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.

On the outside of the property we find a beautiful terrace that runs along that part of the façade and in which a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged to allow the inhabitants of the house to enjoy the calm panorama of the Costa Brava.

- 2 bedrooms, one of them double size and with double bed, while the other has two single twin beds. Both rooms have large windows and thanks to their exterior projection they enjoy good natural lighting.
- In the living room,, which is not very large, but spacious, where we find a dining room for 4 people. In the corner closest to the exterior access is the section dedicated to rest outside the bedrooms, in which a certain size television rests on a piece of furniture to facilitate its viewing from the triplet that is right in front, triplet that converts into a bed if necessary.
- The kitchen has everything you need so that we can prepare our meals for the duration of our stay; not being spacious, it solves well the problem of the work areas along an entire wall in which we find the appliances, the countertops and various storage spaces. As a curious point, the tiles with which the lower-middle part of the wall is tiled will delight retro lovers.
- The bathroom that the house has is complete, with a small bathtub that has the necessary space to sit down, but is usually used more as a shower.

In the current Plaza Mayor of the town, next to the church of Sant Vicent, are the bunkers that were designed to protect the population from fascist bombing during the Spanish Civil War.
