Beautiful 2-storey house with a garden around it and views of both the sea and the mountains, with a maximum capacity for 8 people, located in the peaceful beach town of Llançá in the province of Girona, in the northern third of the Costa Brava.

- A spacious and bright living room, with windows in almost every section of the wall, except of course in the one occupied by the built-in fireplace. In this space we find a corner dedicated to audiovisual entertainment with a comfortable sofa and a designer armchair facing the television on the other side of the room. At the opposite end of the room there is a dining room with a sturdy wooden table around which 6 seats of different styles have been arranged.
- 4 double bedrooms with double beds and large closets in which the occupants of the house can put their belongings in order. All the rooms are exterior without exception, although some instead of windows have glass doors from floor to ceiling that give access to the exterior spaces of the property.
- The house has 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs, in addition to both having all the basic sanitary elements. There are also a couple of toilets to offer alternatives for hygienic use.
- The kitchen of a modern style typical of other times, has all its furniture in wood tones, except for the countertop that imitates granite stone, included in this block that makes an "L" shape and runs through two of the walls of the room, all the electrical household equipment is integrated, in addition to containing in its various storage spaces a large selection of household items. - Outside the house we find several small private terraces which can only be accessed through the adjoining room, as well as a covered porch with a drop-down awning that shelters a huge table with 10 seats surrounding it. On the ground floor we find a gazebo next to the garden and even closer to the built-in barbecue that is arranged there.

Sourroundings of Apartamento Carboneres 1
Apart from the obvious activity related to the beach, given that we have chosen a coastal town as a destination for our vacation stay and of course we will enjoy the Mediterranean Sea, taking into account the location in which we find ourselves, if we want a cultural alternative in the to discover forgotten bits of the history of this specific place in the country's geography and that is what will happen to us when we visit the Castle of Molinàs or its ruins.
Of this fortress of the Early Middle Ages, the Torre del Homenaje and a large part of the interior walls with many of its arcades are still standing, in addition to urging us to investigate what could have happened there, it also gives us a beautiful image of nature forgetting the human "great milestones".
Although if what we want to see is a well-preserved medieval fortress, we could go to the surroundings of the Castillo de San Salvador de Verdera, which was originally built in the 9th century in a Romanesque architectural style and would have to be refortified like this as extended throughout its history, because I do not stop receiving the stakes of different enemy troops ranging from the French to the Barbary pirates.
This defensive enclave located 600 meters above the highest point of the Sierra de Rodes when it finished its warlike functions, would be ceded to the monks of the abbey of San Pedro to erect in this space the temple that preserved the faith and whose format of sanctuary-fortress endures even today.
