- 2 double-sized bedrooms, one of which has a pair of twin single beds, while the other has a double bed. Both rooms are exterior and, as they have large windows, they enjoy good natural lighting for much of the day.
- In the enormous unitary space that shares the kitchen and the living room a dining room set has been arranged for 4 people. Next to this there is a comfortable three-seater sofa, from which we can enjoy a lively and fluid social panorama since there are no architectural barriers between the spaces. In this section we find a music device and a television of a certain size.
- The kitchen block arranges its furniture in an "L" shape, intelligently saving the volumes of the floor of the house. It includes all the necessary appliances so that the inhabitants of the house can carry out all the tasks related to the preparation of their meals for the duration of their stay, for which they also have a wide selection of householdware.
- The bathroom that the house has is complete with a closed shower cabin.
- When we go outside of the house through the large sliding doors of the living room we find a beautiful classical terrace with incredible views of the sea that has been equipped with a beautiful set of furniture that proposes an outdoor gazebo for 4 people.
