Beautiful holiday apartment with terrace with spectacular sea views and capacity to accommodate 6 people, in the quiet family-friendly town of Llança, located in the northern part of the Costa Brava.

This accommodation offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy the following facilities:

• The living room is a spacious room full of light thanks to the fact that one of its walls is made up entirely of huge glass windows, next to which we find a space dedicated to rest outside the bedroom in which a comfortable large chaise-longe will allow us to enjoy watching our favorite programs on the television that is located on the opposite wall of the room.

• The kitchen has all the equipment at the appliance level that guests may require during their stay, as well as a large selection of household items to complete the meal service.

• 3 bedrooms with double beds of which only one has direct access to the terrace and another is the only one that has an extension that we could classify as double size.

• When we leave the living room or master bedroom we come across a corner terrace on two of the building's facades where a charming set of outdoor furniture has been arranged that will allow the inhabitants of the house to enjoy pleasant homely moments outdoors with the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea in the background.

• The bathroom that the house has is designed in modern lines with tiling in iron tones, whose sanitary equipment is complete with a large bathtub.

The community property in which the accommodation in question is located has wonderful common areas with a bathing area consisting of a large irregularly shaped swimming pool and a solarium with a grass-covered floor, all of which would be facilities for shared use among all the residents of the complex. In the town of Llança itself, despite the peaceful atmosphere that its streets present, it was once a disputed military plaza that would suffer constant attacks during the Spanish Civil War. Therefore, together with the Church of Sant Vicenç, in the surroundings of the Plaza Mayor we can visit the anti-aircraft shelter that served in those difficult times to protect the population in general.

Not far from there Cap del Ras, there are other works of war engineering that made up a coastal defense line built by the Republican side, in turn collected, reformed and reused by the troops of the fascist national side with the aim of repelling any incursion by the winning Allied troops in the European campaign of the Second World War.

Together with many other martial outposts that were in the border territory of the Pyrenees, this network of trenches, tunnels and bunkers made up the so-called "Line P".
