Cozy holiday apartment with capacity to accommodate 5 people visitors, located next to the path that runs along the coastline, in the quiet family-friendly town of Llançá, on the Costa Brava, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

This accommodation offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy the following facilities:

• 2 bedrooms, one of which is double size and has a double bed flanked by nightstands and separate lamps; The other has a smaller floor plan and is a room with a more youthful design both in its furniture and in the decorative elements that has a pair of beds arranged in a block of bunk beds that also integrates various storage space. Both rooms are exterior and have large windows that allow abundant natural lighting.

• In a single space there is a kitchen, dining room and living room, which are only differentiated by the subsequent functions to which each section will be dedicated. The proposed rest corner next to the large windows that give access to the outside has a comfortable seat sofa convertible into a bed that is right in front of the television.
• The kitchen is perfectly equipped and includes in its furniture all the appliance equipment necessary for the preparation of our meals. And in the transition space between one and the other there is a dining room set for 4 people made of wood.

• The bathroom that makes up the apartment has a complete sanitary set with a shower cabin, in addition to the elements of a toilet.

• Going through the doors of the living room, we come out to a beautiful two-level high terrace whose first term we find an outdoor gazebo next to a built-in barbecue and in the second a solarium equipped with sun loungers at the edge of the promenade.

We are not far from the former residence for many years of one of the greatest geniuses that Spanish culture has produced, and in the nearby town of Cadaqués the world-famous Salvador Dalí made his residence. In this charming little town with a fishing tradition, it is where the surrealist painter would find his perfect point of inspiration and it is where, by renovating several fishermen's cabins, he would build his home, which in addition to his house is also a work of his that would be made over time throughout his life. This building of indescribable style is now the headquarters of the Gala-Dalí Museum.

On the way to Cadaqués and Portlligat, we have the exceptional natural setting of the Sierra de Rodes, a small mountain range covered by the Mediterranean forest on whose summits two buildings from the medieval period stand out:
-The monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, one of the most magnificent exponents of the Catalan Romanesque that was built in a monumental complex built on artificial terraces to establish its abbot's palace, church with bell tower, cloister and the residence itself. In addition to the spectacular nature of the building, it is one of the best viewpoints to contemplate the Cap de Creus.
- The Castle of Sant Salvador de Verdera was a defensive fortification that was originally built in the 9th century to offer protection to the population of the territories under county responsibility, but when its martial functions ended it ended up under the management of the abbots of the monastery of Sant Pere.
