Cozy holiday apartment for 4 people, in the quiet surroundings of Playa Grifeu in the municipality of Llançá, in the province of Girona, bathed by the Mediterranean, also called Costa Brava.

The accommodation in question offers its guests the following facilities:

• A bright double-sized outdoor bedroom that has large windows, which guarantees abundant natural lighting. In this room a pair of twin single beds have been arranged flanked by bedside tables and independent lamps.

• The living room has a dining room set for 4 people made of wood, on the nearest wall the back of a sofa convertible into a bed, from which we can comfortably watch the television that rests on a low table on the other side of the room, next to the door and windows that give access to the terrace.

• The bathroom that the house has is complete with a shower cabin with a hydromassage column, in addition to the basic sanitary elements typical of a toilet. The washing machine is located in this cabin in a two-part solution to space problems and noise nuisance.

• The kitchen, which is separated from the living room by a wall made up of shelves that allow light from the outside to penetrate to this wall, has complete equipment at the appliance level, in addition to having multiple storage spaces where the selection of kitchenware that will be available is stored in an orderly manner.

When we go through the doors of the living room that give access to the outside we find a terrace of a respectable size where it has been arranged with garden furniture, a small outdoor gazebo from where you can see the avenue that goes down to the beach and a portion of the sea.

In the municipality of Molinars in the nearby inland area, we will find various historical remains. It is there where the ruins of theMolinás Castle are located, an old medieval fortification that in the Christian records of the time dates back to the 10th century, but which is assumed to have an earlier Muslim origin.

In this enclave we find the little of the original building that is preserved wrapped in a layer of raw nature composed of scrubland vegetation that invades this human construction, giving us a very clear image of the passage of time. Not far from there is the village of Molinars, with the place name of the river where it was born at the expense of taking advantage of its power through the mill that is located on one of its banks downstream. The population of just over 15 farmhouses would be deserted by the threat of the Spanish Civil War, whose inhabitants fled to Llança to protect themselves.

Even within this region, along the course of the Riera de Valleta, we can come across a couple of examples of remains from the prehistoric period, thus closer to its source we would find the Dofines dolmen and around its middle course we would have the Dolmen del Passtge, the latter in a better state of conservation.
