Cozy holiday apartment with a private terrace and a capacity to accommodate 5 people, in the beautiful area of Sant Genis, in the charming beach town of Llançá, on the wonderful Catalan Costa Dorada.

Guests of this accommodation will be able to use and enjoy the following facilities:

• A living room as bright as it is spacious, in which there is a dining room set made of wood with seating for 4 people, although it can be expanded given the dimensions. In the innermost part of this room, a corner has been designed for resting outside the bedrooms with several sofas, one of which becomes a bed, which are organized around a television with a large screen that we can see from practically anywhere in the room. In one of the corners of this room we find a built-in fireplace.

• 2 double bedrooms, both in size and capacity, one with a pair of twin single beds and the other with a comfortable double bed. Both rooms have exterior projection, with windows of a certain size that provide a large amount of natural light throughout the day.

• The kitchen has a very adequate work space both in plan and in the space available on its countertops, under which both a multitude of storage space and a complete set of appliances are integrated. To accompany the correct preparation and service of meals during their stay, the inhabitants of the house will have a wide selection of household items.

• The bathroom that the home has is complete with a standard-size bathtub to which the rest of the basic sanitary elements are added. As an alternative for hygienic use, there is a small toilet.

• Upon crossing the doors of the living room towards the exterior we come across the enormous terrace that the house has, which runs along a large part of its perimeter and in which we find a set of garden furniture that makes up an outdoor gazebo with seating for 6 people as well as some sun loungers to enjoy the sun and the good weather that usually adorns the area.

Surely what has made us decide on this as our holiday destination is the idea of a stay where we can enjoy bathing in the waters of the Mediterranean Sea where we can sunbathe in the sun, but apart from the mere "sun and beach", which can promise and guarantee almost any point on the Costa Brava, in the surroundings of Llançá we can enjoy places of interest both by the sea and inland.

Starting with the coast, we can walk some of the stages of the famous Camí de Ronda, a hiking route that follows the Catalan coast for more than 100 kilometers in which it offers the pedestrian visitor an endless number of spectacular viewpoints of the sea as well as a multitude of coves where we can soak our feet in every break we decide to take during our walk. Towards the north we could reach the canyon viewpoint in front of Isla Petita, in a very accessible and incredibly lively session; Towards the south we can visit the Punta Arenella Lighthouse, with one of the best panoramic views of the area, but walking will take us a little more time and effort.

In the interior, near the town of Port de la Selva, is the extraordinary Rodes mountain range at whose western feet we can find a multitude of prehistoric remains and whose peaks we can find great examples of medieval architecture such as the Verdera Castle or theMonastery of San Pere de Rodes.
