Beautiful holiday apartment for 7 people with a terrace with spectacular sea views and private pool, in the quiet beach town of Llançá in the upper thirds of the Costa Brava, where the province of Girona is bathed by the Mediterranean Sea.
This accommodation has for the use and enjoyment of its guests:
On the outside of the house we find a beautiful terrace with sea views that the owners of the property have seen fit to equip with a set of furniture that proposes an outdoor gazebo next to a barbecue so that guests can enjoy pleasant meals outdoors.
Also in the outside of the property, but behind, there is a charming pool in which we will soak at ease regardless of the state of the sea or the weather.
This accommodation has for the use and enjoyment of its guests:
- 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are double size and have double beds, the remaining one being smaller and having a single bed. All rooms are exterior and enjoy abundant natural lighting.
- The kitchen that the apartment has has a very complete equipment at the appliance level, which is integrated into beautiful furniture that contains in an orderly manner the wide selection of household items.
- The living room is a spacious and bright room, with a large fireplace and large sliding glass doors that give access to the outside of the house. In this space, a dining room for 4 people has been arranged and next to it a corner in which several individual armchairs and a comfortable seating area are around a coffee table, all placed next to a good-sized television .
- The 2 bathrooms that we find in the apartment are complete, in addition to having the sanitary typical of a toilet, one has a bathtub and the other a shower cabin.

Taking into account the extraordinary proximity of the Camí de Ronda that runs 130 kilometers of the beautiful coastline of the Costa Brava, we can take the opportunity to travel the stage that goes fromLlançá to Port de la Selva, to reach the S’Arenella Lighthouse, a maritime surveillance and protection construction built at the beginning of the 20th century that covers with its light a radius of 13 nautical miles of the spectacular surroundings of the Cap de Creus.
