Cozy apartment with sea views for 5 people in the peaceful beach town with a family atmosphere of Llançá, belonging to the Catalan province of Girona and located in the upper third of the Costa Brava.

In this accommodation we can enjoy the following elements:

• 2 double-sized bedrooms, one of which has a double bed flanked by a pair of nightstands with lamps; The other bedroom has a pair of single twin beds separated by the night table that it shares with a lamp independent of the general light of the room. Both rooms have exterior projection and as they have large windows this guarantees abundant natural lighting for much of the day.

• The bathroom that the home has is complete, since it has not only the basic sanitary of a bathroom such as a sink or toilet, but it also has a small bathtub that can be used as a shower.

• In the living room, which is a spacious and bright room from which we can contemplate the sea, in which a dining room set for 4 people has been arranged, consisting of a wooden table and chairs, which is located in the space near the glass doors that give access to the outside. At the opposite end of the room there is a comfortable seat sofa convertible into a bed that is located right in front of a widescreen television where we can rest watching our favorite programs.

• The kitchen has all the basic equipment necessary for the preparation of our meals for the duration of the magnificent stay.

In the surroundings of the town of Molinás we can find the ruins of the Molinás Castle, an old medieval fortification from the 12th century that was prepared as the line of defense against possible French invaders.

What remains in this enclave are only remains of which the most integral element stands out as the Tower of Homage, also several of the interior walls and several semicircular arches, but what is important in this case is not the incorrupt nature of the monument, but precisely the opposite. The decay shown by the rubble of this construction carried out by the hand of man and invaded by nature, shows a beautiful picture of the passage of time and the little importance of human beings.
