Beautiful holiday apartment for 4 people, located by the sea, in the charming beach town of Llançá on the Costa Brava, where the Mediterranean, province of Girona.

Guests of this accommodation will be able to enjoy the following:

• 2 double-sized bedrooms, one of which is a youth-style room with a trundle bed from which an additional single bed can be extracted, resulting in a room equipped with 2; while the other bedroom, which has a more adult appearance both due to the arrangement of its elements and the reasons for the decoration itself, has a double bed. Both rooms are exterior and have large windows that will allow you to enjoy the abundant natural lighting provided by the immense open space in front of them.

• In the living room you will find upon entering the room a dining room set with seating for 4 people and next to it a comfortable sofa placed in front of the huge window that allows us to see the coast, but also next to it there is a small piece of furniture on which a television rests where we can enjoy our moments of audiovisual leisure while we rest from the intense days at the beach and excursions to the surroundings.

• The kitchen is a charming space designed with taste in its furniture that is arranged in an "L" running along two of the walls of the room along which all the necessary appliance equipment is integrated, as well as in its various storage spaces we will find the kitchenware that facilitates the meal service.

• The bathroom is designed with sobriety and good taste, it is also complete in terms of sanitary elements, since it has everything that would make a toilet, in addition to a large shower cabin.

• On the terrace that we find when leaving the home itself, several sets of furniture have been arranged that are proposed as an outdoor gazebo in which to celebrate relaxed meals outdoors, always enjoying the beautiful coastal horizon that the spectacular location of the property provides us with.

As in the rest of the Costa Brava, there is a coastal path called the Camino de Rondas that follows the coastline practically along each of its meters, making almost all of its twists and turns, except in cases where the orography is especially complicated.

The section that goes towards Port de la Selva, between Playa Robert and Punta Feliú, is a spectacle for the senses, especially for the eyes at dawn when the sun seems to be walking its own path between the pines and eucalyptus trees, while our nose dances with the smell of the sea breeze that caresses the jasmine on the edges of the path with its dew. Apart from this moment we can see a large number of medium-sized cliffs along the entire route and even find a small cove suitable for a comforting swim.

This area was harassed by the national side and the fascist allies during the Spanish Civil War, which is why in the town of Llançá itself there is, next to the church of Sant Vicenç, in what corresponds to the current Plaza Mayor, a large bunker that was built to keep the population safe from aerial bombardments. Also in the surroundings Cap del Ras we found a system of trenches connected to a series of refuges that was created for the defense of the coast, which would be created by the republican side and expanded by the national side to become completely unusable, since the offensive that was expected from there never occurred.
