Cozy holiday apartment with private terrace and spectacular views of the coast, located in the charming beach town of Llançá, in the province of Girona.

This accommodation for 6 guests will offer the following facilities for your use and enjoyment:

• A spacious living room in which we find a wooden dining room set for 6 people, as well as a pair of triplets with a footstool that are arranged around a coffee table and all of this orchestrated in front of a flat screen television.

• The room is fortunate to have huge glass doors that give access to the outside, through which abundant natural lighting enters.

• 3 bedrooms of double size and capacity, one of which has a pair of single beds of the same size as each other, the other 2 rooms have double beds, although they differ from each other because one of them has glass doors that give direct access to the terrace. Even so, all these rooms have exterior projection and enjoy natural light for most of the day.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, in addition to having a large selection of houseware to facilitate the tasks of preparing and serving meals by the occupants of the house.

• The 2 bathrooms that the house has arecomplete, but one has a bathtub and the other, a shower cabin, in addition, of course, to having separate sets of basic toilets.

• Leaving through the glass doors of the living room or bedroom we find a charming medium-sized terrace that has been equipped with a set of garden furniture and from which the inhabitants of the house will be able to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, without even having to leave the house, in addition to being able to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea that this enclave offers us.

We are in luck if we are passionate about history, since in this town of Llançá as well as in its nearby surroundings we can find historical remains of different types and periods. Thus, in the town's own Plaza Mayor, next to the Church of Sant Vicenç, is the old anti-aircraft shelter that defended the population against the Italian air force allied with the national fascist side during the Spanish Civil War.

Other remains of this type, although less gloomy, may be the Argilera and Cap del Ras bunkers that are found along the beautiful Camí de Ronda, the second being the most spectacular of the 2, since in the preceding territory there are a series of trenches, which are transformed into tunnels that will converge in the central observation and defense chamber that offers us as spectators one of the most curious panoramic views of the Mediterranean that we are going to have.

At the top of the next ridges of the Sierra de Rodes, we find several medieval constructions, starting with the remains of the abandoned town of Santa Creu de Roda with its hermitage of Santa Helenal, which is preserved intact. The perfect example of Catalan Romanesque is found a few kilometers from there, on an increasingly steep path, which intelligently avoids the terraces on which the sanctuary of Sant Pere de Rodes sits, which was the residence of the Abbot responsible for the administration of this border territory in times of the Reconquista.

If we headed towards the southeast we would find the ruins of the Verdera Castle and just a little further on the Cima de Sant Salvador, which rises 670 meters above sea level, from which we will obtain a magnificent 360º panoramic view.
