Nice holiday apartment on the edge of the sea, in the beautiful town with Playa de Llançá, located in the northern third of the Costa Brava, in the province of Girona.

This accommodation gives its guests the opportunity to enjoy these facilities of which you have:

• The lounge has a dining room set with a huge wooden table surrounded by a long running bench that provides more than 6 seats, in addition to the 2 extra chairs that are located on the other side, which composes a service for 8 diners. Next to this there is a sofa of several places convertible into a bed that is proposed as a comfortable seat from which to be able to contemplate the television that rests on the furniture of the opposite end of the room.

• 3 double bedrooms of which 2 of them have a couple of individual beds each and the remainder would have a marriage bed. The exterior projection of all rooms and that each of them has a wide window, allows natural light to flood these rooms.

• the kitchen, that is in contact with the living room although separated by a wall, it is fully equipped with the necessary in terms of appliances that can be required in the preparation of meals during the duration of our stay. Except for the fridge that is taking advantage of a space that would otherwise be wasteful in the living room, which can be comfortable at the time of the social meetings.

• In addition to the full bathroom with shower available to the house, there is also a separate toilet to offer a health use alternative to the occupants of the house.

From the very port of the town of Llançá, walking we can access the islet of the castellar a small sand whose access disappears with the especially abundant tides, but that will provide us with as visitors the feeling of being shipwrecked on the smallest island in the world.
