This villa is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, in a polygon on the outskirts of Pollença (Mallorca). It is a sunny, open-air space with spectacular views of the mountains.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are rooms completely decorated in white, both the walls and their furniture. The only touch of color is added by some purple flowers located on the dresser, or the pictures on the wall.
- A bedroom with a double bed. It is a bright and airy room thanks to the air conditioning unit. There is a wardrobe for furniture, as well as a wooden chair and a couple of nightstands with reading lamps on them.
- 2 bathrooms. They are rooms with complete facilities. One of them has a bathtub and the other a shower with translucent screens. The walls are pink flagstones. They also have a toilet, as well as a ceramic sink and bathroom mirror.
- Living-dining room. There is a white dining table with dark wood legs and space for 6 people. At the back of the room there is a white sideboard with a pair of drawers on which the television rests. You can lie down on a pair of large comfortable sky blue sofas. On the wall there are three beautiful pictures that describe the line of the marine horizon.
- Kitchen. It is a small area that shares space with the living room, separated by a worktop with a slate surface. The kitchen furniture is made of wood. On the countertop there is a microwave, a modern ceramic hob and a oven. The refrigerator is nestled in a corner.
