Description of Casa Porqueres
In the outskirts of the old town of Pollença, in Majorcan lands, is where our beautiful rural house is located, in the middle of an incredible countryside landscape with views of the Serra de Tramuntana.
It is a beautiful country house, with space for six people, where you can enjoy the good weather in its spectacular and huge garden, with natural grass and abundant vegetation, offering a refreshing space where, if you travel with the little ones of the house, they can have a great time while playing and having fun.
An area of the garden also houses the pool, a fenced space for greater security, with a large solarium where you can relax on the sun loungers.
Access to the house is through a fantastic porch, overlooking the garden, and equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, a perfect set to organize good meals and enjoy them outdoors.
Once in the interior of the house, the rooms, which mix modernity with rustic touches, are divided into a single ground floor, being the following:

- To the left of the entrance, we find the area of living room, with three sofas arranged in a U-shape around the television and facing one of the windows overlooking the garden. To the right, sharing space, we will see the dining area, with two tables, one rectangular and the other round with their corresponding chairs.
- The kitchen also has independent entrance from the outside, and it is a rustic space, but, at the same time, very well equipped, in addition to having another dining table, this time, perfect for having breakfast.
- The house has three rooms divided into a main bedroom with a double bed and two rooms with a pair of beds, all decorated in a pleasant rustic style with elements such as the wooden beams on the ceiling.
- The toilet space is composed of two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is for common use for two of the bedrooms, while the remaining is integrated into the master bedroom.
No pets allowed.
