Description of Villa Rico
Located between the two towns that make up the Mallorcan town of Pollença, the port area and the old town, we find this rural house, in a rural setting where the country landscapes are the background, along with beautiful views of the Serra de Tramuntana in the distance.
The accommodation offers space for a total of 10 people, being ideal for family groups or friends made up of a large number of people.
Sitting on a spacious garden plot, the grass and native vegetation form a pleasant landscape to behold, and in the center, we find its protagonist: the pool, with Roman stairs that facilitate its access, and both sides , the solarium with several loungers.
In front of this space we have a wonderful porch, under which to shelter from the sun and enjoy not only the views, but also a meal prepared in the barbecue, located in a closed space equipped with sink and refrigerator.
From the porch we enter the interior of the house, with clear classic style in its decoration, and where, in two floors its rooms are distributed:

- The dining room, with a large table with white chairs, is the first thing we come across when entering from the porch, and shares space with the living room, with a beautiful fireplace, although merely decorative, with two sofas placed around it in an L shape, and on one side a beautiful piece of furniture on which the television is placed.
- We continue with the kitchen, also accessible from the porch, consisting of a large space with a complete equipment and one more table, where you can meet in the morning during breakfast.
- The upper floor includes the five rooms that form the rest space. Of these, four have double bed and the remaining with a couple of beds, and as an extra point, some, they even have exit to the outdoor terrace on this floor.
- To clean up, the house has three full bathrooms. In one bedroom we find one integrated, and the other two are distributed between both floors.
Smoking is not allowed in any area of the house.
