Our accommodation is located within the island of Mallorca and specifically, in a corner where you will be able to enjoy the tranquility and the good views such as Pollensa.
It is a closed and completely private farm where you will find all kinds of comforts, and a lot of spaces in which enjoy rest and tranquility.

Regarding the capacity of this house, which is distributed over several floors, it is for a maximum of 5 people who will find the following rooms inside:
- A very spacious and modern dining room, in which we have a set of armchairs on one side, facing the front in which we have a modern fireplace, along with a spectacular plasma television. Right next to it, the glass window will make you enjoy our magnificent porch. On the other side of the room we find a dining area equipped with a glass table and its set of chairs.
- A fully equipped and modern kitchen where we have a couple of countertops with cabinets where you will find all kinds of appliances and utensils with which you will be able to make all the recipes you want. In addition, this room of the house has direct exit to the terrace.
- 3 bedrooms, of which 2 of them are doubles, one of them equipped with double bed and also, a bathroom en suite and direct access to a private terrace ; and the second has a pair of single beds. Finally, we found a single room in which to relax.
- 2 additional bathrooms in which you will find a shower and several towel sets so that you do not lack anything and enjoy the tranquility of having everything at your fingertips.

- A large porch, equipped with a modern barbecue in front of which is a dining table and its set of chairs.
- A quite spacious garden area in which there is the solarium area and a spectacular pool where you can bathe in the summer season.
