The location of this villa in Pollença (Mallorca) is perfect to get closer to the nerve center of the town, where all the bars, restaurants, shops and the tourist environment in which you want to spend your holidays are located.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are attic rooms with low ceilings, which are located on the upper floor of the villa. They are ventilated thanks to a couple of large windows that generate a pleasant draft, as well as having a wardrobe and a few chairs.
- A bedroom with a double bed. It is a nice room with a high ceiling and several small windows. It has a wooden chest of drawers with a mirror on which there is a ceramic vase, as well as a huge built-in wardrobe with double doors and a rocking chair.
- 2 bathrooms. There is a large one and a small one, distributed between the two floors of the hacienda. They have a bathtub that is protected by a glass screen or a shower curtain. The sink is located on a smooth stone surface, in front of a large bathroom mirror. There is also a toilet and bidet.
- Living-dining room. There is a large dark wood table with iron legs and seats for 6 people. In the adjoining room is the living room, which has a red sofa and two blue armchairs placed around a small round glass table. In one corner is the television.
- Kitchen. It is a space almost open to the garden, which can be entered through a large arched door. In the kitchen there is a large breakfast table, and some wooden furniture that keeps the kitchenware.
