This beautiful beach villa has a privileged location in Pollença (Mallorca), a few minutes walk from its ports and its beaches. In it you can settle down to spend a dream vacation losing yourself in the Balearic Islands.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They are simple and small rooms with the essentials. Between the beds there is a bedside table made of wood, and next to the entrance wall they have usually installed a built-in wardrobe with double doors of the same material.
- A bedroom with a double bed. It is the largest sleeping room in the house. In one of the walls there is a window that gives light and ventilation to the room. The bed has a bedside table on each side, in one of which there is a bedside lamp. In the room there is also a built-in wardrobe.
- A bathroom. Its walls are covered with grayish-white tiles. In some there are drawings of flowers. It consists of a bathtub with built-in shower and a half glass screen, next to which is the ceramic washbasin. On this there is a small shelf and a mirror. On the other side is the toilet.
- Living-dining room. It is a simple room whose right side is dedicated to the living room, with several brown leather sofas and a television. The left of the room is occupied by the dining table, made of wood, and a brick fireplace that is used in winter.
- Kitchen. It is a room with a traditional touch, and walls and floor covered with tiles. It has a small breakfast table with two wooden chairs, the same material from which cabinets and drawers are made in the living room. It is equipped with some electrical appliances such as the oven, the refrigerator and the ceramic hob.
