Description of Villa Martorellet
Our accommodation is located within the island of Mallorca, in a corner where you can enjoy the best views of the mountains in Cala San Vicente.
It is a spectacular environment, a corner where you will be able to enjoy the rest and also the comforts that are both in the outdoor areas, as in the spaces that are distributed inside the house.

It is a spectacular environment, a corner where you will be able to enjoy the rest and also the comforts that are both in the outdoor areas, as in the spaces that are distributed inside the house.
Regarding capacity, it is a house designed for 10 people, so if you want to enjoy with family or friends, you have the perfect accommodation, divided into:
- A huge double-height living room in which we find on one side a set of armchairs in gray color with a auxiliary table in white. At a lower height we find a sofa that faces the area where we have both the fireplace, and the plasma television on the furniture.
- The kitchen is a super bright space and is divided into a L-shaped countertop with all the appliances and the utensils necessary so that you can enjoy cooking like at home. From here you can access the outdoor areas of the terrace.
- The dining room is quite spacious and communicates with the kitchen. It has a lot of windows and glazed door to the terrace. We have a wooden table with its set of chairs, and in the background, next to the door, a rest area with a pair of armchairs facing each other.
- 5 spacious double bedrooms, of which 2 of them have their own bathroom en suite. They are distributed in such a way that 2 have a double bed while the remaining 3 have a pair of individual beds in each case. All have bedding and exit to the outside in some cases.
- 2 bathrooms common to the whole house, which have all the toilets necessary to make you feel at home, and where you will also enjoy having sets of towels.
Already in the outdoor areas, the house has:
- A huge terrace that share 2 of the rooms, and that has views towards the outdoor common areas.
- A area with covered barbecue, next to the stone patio with table and chairs.
- A porch equipped with games like pool or ping pong.
- A large garden area, with a pool of rounded shapes and its set of hammocks.
