Description of Villa Assumpcio
Inland next to the town of Pollensa (Mallorca) is this villa, less than 6 kilometers from the beach. It is an ideal place to spend a charming vacation in the most tropical corner of Spain.
The house has capacity for 8 people, and its rooms are these:
The villa has a wonderful outdoor pool. Around it there are several sun loungers and small shawls with a thatched roof like the ones on the beach.
Next to the gardens there is terrace and porch, with a small outdoor kitchen in which there is a barbecue.

- 2 bedrooms with a double bed each. They are rooms with an Ibizan air as they are painted white. They have several pieces of furniture inside, such as a wardrobe, or a padded chair. At the foot of the beds there is a small bench made of wood.
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds each. The beds are separated by a wooden night table on which there is a lamp. On the wall, above these, there is usually a mirror. In the room there are some wooden shelves, as well as a chair and a wardrobe.
- 3 bathrooms. One of them has a bathtub, while both have a space for a shower which is accessed through a glass door. Each bathroom has its own style, although they all have the same facilities, which include a toilet and a sink on a bathroom cabinet, along with a large mirror.
- Living-dining room. It has a long dining table with a red tablecloth and space for 8 people. Next to it is a huge glass and wood cupboard. In one corner of the room there is an old fireplace next to which the television has been installed. In turn, in front of this is a large red sofa.
- Kitchen. It has white painted walls and a ceiling with visible wooden beams. In the center is a small island with a polished granite countertop. Attached to the walls are more of these, on which are the fires for cooking, the sink and the microwave. Among the cabinets below are the oven and the dishwasher.
