This villa was previously a mill that has been renovated to offer you all the comforts you are looking for during your stay at Cala de San Vicente (Mallorca).

- 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. They are rooms with an Ibizan style, with white walls and a ceiling in which the wooden beams of the house's structure are exposed. There are some wooden furniture such as cabinets, coat rack or lamps on the wall.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Some basic furniture has been put into these simple rooms to make them comfortable and cozy. They have a wooden wardrobe or dresser, as well as a nightstand between the beds.
- 2 bathrooms. One of them has a shower while the other has a bathtub. They are decorated in a similar way, with tile walls in a very soft pink tone. Next to the entrance is a white ceramic sink, and further back are the toilet and bidet.
- Kitchen. It is a room that is divided into the dining room, with a long wooden table, and the kitchen itself. It is adorned with earthenware and ceramic plates on the wall shelves, and has a fireplace in the center. Still, it is equipped with modern appliances such as refrigerator, washing machine, and dishwasher.
- Room. It is a room with a rustic touch that has a wood-burning fireplace in one of its corners. There are several seats between the sofa, armchairs and a rocking chair, arranged around a wooden table for coffee. In the opposite corner there is an old TV.
