We are at on the outskirts of Pollença, at Mallorca, where, in a somewhat isolated area, you can enjoy this incredible rural house in an environment of tranquility, where nature is the background noise, and absolute privacy.
The house is suitable for six people, and especially, it is an ideal space for families, although it can also be for groups of friends in search of relaxation.
Around the house you can enjoy the large garden that includes, next to the house a spectacular pool, to cool off whenever you don't feel like going to the beach, and a nice covered terrace, ideal for outside meals.
The house is built in stone, which gives it a rustic touch and a lot of charm, and they are distributed in a single ground floor, having the following rooms:

- The living-dining room, in addition to being large, connects with the covered porch through two doors, and inside it houses, on one side,, two sofas, placed opposite and around the wood-burning fireplace S2 television. On the other hand, we have the dining table, with space for six people.
- The kitchen, with access from the living room, is freestanding y country-style. It is perfectly equipped and has office table and a modern style fireplace, ideal for eating by the fire in winter.
- Three rooms are the ones that make up the rest space. These are divided into two bedrooms with a pair of beds and the master bedroom with double bed.
- The house includes two bathrooms, both with a large bathtub, being one of them integrated into the main bedroom.
No pets allowed.
