Description of Gran Voramar Cala
This huge villa is located just a few minutes from Cala de San Vicenç (Mallorca). It is a large estate where you will find everything you need to spend a cozy stay during this vacation in a tropical environment.
It has a large capacity for 12 people, and the following rooms:
Outside the house awaits an extensive 500 m2 estate with a huge swimming pool in the shape of a crescent moon over which there is a bridge. It is accompanied by areas with sun loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing.
In addition, there are several old stone walls in which a barbecue has been installed and several tables as a terrace.
It has a large capacity for 12 people, and the following rooms:
- A bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. This room has air conditioning above the beds, as well as a window that provides a lot of natural light. On the ceiling there is also a fan with light. The room includes a wooden wardrobe.
- 3 bedrooms with a double bed each. They are very comfortable rooms with private bathroom and several windows that keep them ventilated and fresh. Highlights the pristine white color of its walls, and simple wooden furniture such as dressers or a wardrobe located near the windows.
- One bedroom with 2 single beds. The beds are in front of one of the windows. The walls of the room are immaculate white, and there are various dark wood furnishings that contrast well with the other light tones.
- A bedroom with a bunk bed. In this room there is installed a air conditioning unit and a built-in wooden wardrobe and double door on one of the walls. The bunk is located next to one of the walls and in front of a large window.
- 5 bathrooms. Some of them are pirvados and others are in common use for all guests. Most are equipped with a shower with a transparent glass sliding screen. They also have a washbasin equipped with an elegant mirror, usually on a bathroom cabinet with several cabinets made of various materials. They all have a WC.
- Living-dining room. It is the largest room in the house and occupies practically the entire ground floor. It consists of several small rooms, such as the dining room with a large wooden table. There is also an area with several beige sofas and a coffee table, facing a large television and several pictures. In another small room there is an area with fireplace and some individual armchairs.
- Kitchen. It is a large space in which there are several countertops. One of them is made of metal, like a bar counter, while the others are made of granite. It has a 4-ring ceramic hob, as well as oven and many other appliances. The cabinets and furniture are mostly white.
