The origin of this stone house dates back 250 years, but today it has been renovated to offer a rural experience near the Sierra de Tramontana in Mallorca (Balearic Islands).

The house is located near a river, whose water is used for nearby irrigation, and in the case of the villa, to keep the water in its outdoor pool clean at all times.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Apart from the beds, in these rooms there is usually a chair or rocking chair placed near the window. In addition, there are various pieces of furniture made of wood, such as a wardrobe and a couple of nightstands.
- A bedroom with a double bed. It is an attic room with white walls and a wooden ceiling with white painted beams. In the room there is an old iron fireplace that acts as a heater, as well as some wooden furniture such as a chest of drawers and a few chairs.
- 2 bathrooms. There is a small one and a large one, decorated in the same innocent style that mixes white and warm colors. In the large toilet there is a bathtub covered by a large orange curtain. In both cases there is a toilet and sink with a mirror.
- Kitchen. It has a certain traditional style, with the floor covered in terracotta tiles. On one of the walls, next to the fridge, there is a bench with several baskets of esparto grass.
