Description of Villa Clos
A few minutes by road from the town of Pollença (Mallorca) is this private villa. It has the perfect touch of a tropical beach house, where you will find peace and relaxation to spend a quiet vacation on the islands.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people. Your rooms are these:
The exterior of the house has a terrace with a porch under which there is a small outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and there is even a picnic-style table.

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. They have white and wooden walls, on which there are several shelves and small shelves. They add a touch of warm color to the room. In addition, they have a wardrobe near the entrance.
- A bedroom with a double bed. With access to a small terrace , it is located on the upper floor of the house and has a sloping roof. The wall is decorated with a couple of small flower paintings, and on the sides of the bed are white nightstands. There is also a large wooden chest of drawers next to a chair.
- 2 bathrooms. Both have a similar arrangement, differing in that one has a bathtub and the other has a shower tray with a black floor. For the rest, both have a toilet and a sink near the entrance, with its bathroom cabinet and mirror. The walls are made of polished stone slabs in a raw tone.
- Living-dining room. The dining table is round and made of wood, meeting between the living room and the kitchen. In the living room are the stairs that lead to the upper floor. There is a set of large sofas in dark tones, surrounding a wood burning fireplace and the flat screen television.
- Kitchen. It is a rectangular room in which three walls are used as countertops. It has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine right at the entrance, while further to the back are the cooking appliances, such as the oven and the hobs.
