Spectacular holiday apartment with private terrace, for 4 people visitors, included in a residential complex with a communal pool, next to the Aquopolis water park in the charming beach town of La Pineda, on the Catalan Costa Dorada.

- A double bedroom, with access to the terrace through its huge glass door that allows the room to be flooded with natural light, in which we find a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe where we can organize our belongings and a pair of bedside tables with independent lamps.
- The bathroom in this apartment is a complete , with a standard size bathtub, as well as the rest of the basic sanitary elements, such as bidet, toilet and sink.
- The living room is a sunny corner dedicated to resting in which we find a three-seater sofa that converts into a multi-seater bed, which is arranged in front of a widescreen television a that presides over the space from a from the corners of the room.
- In an area perpendicular to the living room, but forming part of the same room, is the kitchen with with a block of furniture that designs a "U" shape in one of whose arms the counter extends in a cantilever that becomes a bar that serves as the dining room in conjunction with the high-waisted stools that are arranged on the other side. In this cabin we find a multitude of spaces where the elements of the kitchenware are collected and of course a complete appliance-type equipment.
- The best of this house is on the outside, the terrace to which we access either through the living room or the bedroom, has an extension almost comparable to that of the entire apartment, covering the perimeter of the house on two of its the facades of the building, one of which has views of the own community pool and another of the nearby water park, which given the altitude of the farm we can see almost in its entirety.
