This wonderful apartment has views of the terrace and an interior full of amenities for a quiet stay in the urbanization of La Pineda.

It is located on the second line of the beach, perfect to take advantage of every moment and not miss the opportunity to rest on the shores of the Mediterranean.

It has a total capacity of 6 people and 70 m2 divided into:

2 Bedrooms perfectly conditioned, one of them has direct access to the terrace as do most of the rooms in the accommodation. This provides them with good natural lighting and a corner where they can go out and get some fresh air from the privacy of their home.

The rooms have one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed with 2 singles. The upper bed has a protective barrier to ensure the safety of children and there is cot on request in case you need it.

Both are soundproofed, they have a built-in wardrobe for greater spaciousness and ventilation against heat. As you see, its charm lies in its simplicity.

A private bathroom decorated with small tiles and a shower cubicle for the toilet. Its furniture is arranged to have everything at hand, such as the towel racks next to the screen or a bidet in case you need it. You can purchase the towels for an additional fee, we will leave them clean on the mattresses.

The hallway will take you to the rest of the rooms. Among them, , a large living room with a sofa bed as the main protagonist. It is L-shaped for greater comfort, right in front of the flat screen TV where you can watch your favorite channels.

It is the best interior space to take a break and recharge your batteries, it also has a beautiful fully furnished wooden dining room. There is internet connection, although you will have to pay a small supplement for Wi-Fi.

On the other hand, the kitchen has a table to share breakfast. The household items and the household appliances are spread across its countertop, key items such as the oven or smaller accessories such as the coffee maker. At the end, a glass door opens to the terrace, a very practical layout for accessing the outside.

The terrace is without a doubt our favorite part of the apartment. It has views of the pool and the rest of the facilities on the premises. It extends along the façade and also has an outdoor dining room where you can enjoy the summer nights to the fullest or create new family moments.

The complex has elevator to move around the upper floors, as well as some common areas such as the swimming pool. It is seasonal, perfect for cooling off in the warmer months, with outdoor showers and suitable for all audiences.

There are also play spaces such as basketball courts or even a playground for the little ones to have fun.
