Beautiful holiday apartment for 6 people, with spectacular terrace overlooking PortAventura, located in a residential complex with exceptional common areas with pool, located in the cozy village of La Pineda, in the heart of the Gold Coast.

- 2 bedrooms with double capacity and size, which have large built-in wardrobes and double beds. Both rooms are oriented to large open spaces and thanks to their huge windows they enjoy abundant natural lighting.
- The kitchen, despite not having a large extension on the floor, takes advantage of its elongated layout to place its integral block of furniture which includes both storage spaces where the selection of kitchenware is stored as well as all the equipment at the level appliance. In front of your counter you can find an auxiliary table with a couple of stools that make up an ideal corner for breakfast.
- The living room is a very bright room with access to the terrace. In this space we find a pair of sofas with several seats, one of which is capable of becoming a double bed; both are facing in the direction of the widescreen television on the other side of the room. Right in the center of this room, there is a dining room set with a seat for 4 people, which is located under the fan that is installed on the ceiling. In addition to all of the above, the room can be cooled with the air conditioner that is next to the doors leading to the outside.
- The bathroom that the house has has a complete set of toilets with the basic elements of a toilet and a shower cabin whose tray is large.
- The terrace, which we access by crossing the lounge doors, is medium in size, but makes good use of it, with spectacular views of both a nearby golf course and the famous PortAventura theme park. In this space, a set of garden furniture has been arranged, serving as an outdoor gazebo for 4 people, as well as a charming multi-seater sofa.
