Cozy holiday apartment for 6 people, with a large private terrace, located in a community of residents with a swimming pool, not far from the Levante beach, in the cozy town of Salou, in the heart of the Costa Dorada Catalan.

This accommodation makes available for the use and enjoyment of its guests the following facilities :

• A room as spacious as it is full of natural light thanks to the fact that what would be one of its walls is made up entirely of enormous sliding glass doors that go from floor to ceiling, which give direct access to the terrace. In this room we find a trundle sofa-bed from which a bed is extracted, in addition to the one that becomes the upper part, giving two more places to sleep for the occupants of the house. On the wall opposite the access doors to the outside there is a television screen of a certain size and almost under it there is a dining set for 4 people made of wood, which is in stylistic consonance with the rest of the elements of the room.

• The bathroom, designed in a contemporary line, has complete sanitary equipment with the basic elements of a toilet, in addition to an open-format shower cabin with a tray of a certain size in which several occupants could fit at the same time.

• 2 bedrooms, one of them with two twin single beds and a built-in wardrobe, while the other has a double capacity and size with direct access to the terrace, in which there is a double bed flanked by bedside tables with two lamps.

• The kitchen,, which has a retro air due to the flowery design of its tiles, contains a complete appliance appliance that is integrated under a single block furniture along one of the walls of the room, in which There are also multiple storage spaces that store the selection of kitchenware with which the inhabitants of the house can help themselves when preparing their meals.

• Going outside through the glass doors of the living room is the terrace of the house that makes 2 of the building's facades at a right angle. In this space, a set of outdoor furniture has been arranged, composing an outdoor gazebo from where you have a nice view of the nearby avenue.

The block in which the apartment is located is surrounded by some common areas, including a swimming pool with a solarium and some tropical gardens.

Of course, one of the greatest attractions of this town in Salou is surely its many magnificent beaches of different depths, since those that are in contact with the urban land are kilometers long and those that are further away are a smaller size but more charm.

On the edge of the former we find the beautiful Paseo Marítimo de Jaume I, a wide boulevard like a 3-lane road on both sides of which we will find enormous palm trees that suggest a picture that is at least synonymous with good weather and street life. Halfway through our walk through this park on the shores of the Mediterranean we find a monument dedicated to King of the Aragonese crown who undertook the conquest of the Balearic Islands, which faces the sea that he will have to face. At the end of this spectacular display of urban planning we will find the so-called Salou Luminous Fountain, which is so called because at sunset and with the fall of sunlight it offers a show of lights and dancing water jets, in the same way that Barcelona can do it that of Montjuic, but on a smaller scale.

If we continued in that same direction and continuing along the coastline, we would come across the charming Camí de Ronda, a path traced along the Catalan coast that usually shows the visitor placid corners with coves suitable for bathroom and beautiful viewpoints towards the sea.
