If we have chosen the Costa Dorada as a destination for our vacations, we have surely made it motivated to enjoy some pleasant days of beach, on the banks of the Mediterranean, adorned by the soft climate that this is capable of promoting. But in this area there are many things to see apart from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorada.

Without getting too far from the Urban Core of La Pineda, there is a beautiful natural place protected from wetland habitat where we can appreciate both plant and animal species of the area. This is the Park La Sèquia Majo, a reserve whose wooden paths facilitate transit to visitors as well as promote respect and non -intrusion with the environment. These united paths converge in some points of their layout where discrete observatories have been arranged, to promote an optimal observation of enclaves of special influx of specimens.

If walking we do not care and less if it is accompanied by the beauty of the landscape, we can travel the stage that corresponds to the section between the Pineda and Salou of the Camí de Ronda, a hiker road that travels the Catalan coast for 130 kilometers in which he gives the visitor/ walker a large number of coves that would otherwise go unnoticed and some of the most exceptional viewpoints of this already in itself extraordinary area of ​​the Costa Dorada.
