This rural house is located in Reus and is set to give you a unique experience surrounded by the tranquility that surrounds the property, far from the hustle and bustle and large crowds.

Inside you will have a haven of peace to enjoy with your favorite people, in a space with enough space and full of comforts to offer you an unforgettable experience in the Costa Dorada.


The accommodation is divided into two floors accessible by stairs, both levels with different comfort elements. Its total capacity is 12 people maximum so you can come with the whole family, and it has 200 m2 that is divided into:


Upper floor:

• It is where the 5 bedrooms are located, upstairs you will have the ideal corner to rest and disconnect among its comforts. Two of them have a double bed, another two have two singles each and the last one has two bunk beds that have a total of four beds.

They all have views of the garden and some are connected. Its decoration is simple, in blue tones that imitate the colors of the sea and elongated mirrors next to the mattresses. You can even find a chill out with additional armchairs, they don't lack detail.

In case you need it, we have included some accessories for the little ones, such as a stroller,, and cots, on request.

• 2 private bathrooms and independent that can contain bathtub or shower, depending on your preference of use. Each one follows a different style, with the common goal of becoming cozy rooms at your convenience so that you feel at home. Upon your arrival we will leave a set of towels for the entire group and essentials.

Lower floor:

• A practical toilet, with the same unique design as the bathrooms.

• 2 rooms, one as a chill out and the other with a very large flat screen television and close to the main dining room. This is elongated, fully furnished and ready for you to sit down to enjoy a meal or chat.

What we are sure of is that it is the perfect space to meet inside the house and create moments that help you reconnect. In addition, both living rooms include a wood-burning fireplace with comfortable seating to sit around the warmth it gives off in winter.

• S1xxx There are also others to make things easier for you like the dishwasher and right next to it there is a table where you can share breakfast.

We have a capsule coffee maker because we know you love this drink, as well as kitchenware and tableware for each of the diners.

• Access to the basement which acts as a play area. Here you can compete among yourselves and have a great time.

Outdoors:

• A terrace-type porch with garden furniture to take in the fresh air on summer nights. Next door there is a wonderful traditional barbecue where you can prepare local products on the grill, a delight.

This is part of the patio that surrounds the entire house and contains some stone details such as picnic areas that you will love. On the other hand, there are small corners of the garden of grass and flowers that add color and joy.

• Probably the favorite room for guests, our large outdoor pool. It has hammocks next to the glass and shades in case you want to take refuge from the sun. It also has a shower to increase comfort.

In the vicinity of the house there is free parking where vehicles can be parked.

We are located in the natural environment that surrounds the Costa Dorada, not far from its dream beaches where you can cool off in summer and investigate the seabed thanks to the visibility of its waters.

We recommend the use of the car, since this house is surrounded by tranquility to promote rest. Even so, nearby there are green spaces to walk through and in a few minutes you can park in front of the Mediterranean Sea.

• Parc del Lledoner, a route through nature ideal for going with children.

• Ponent beach, close to the port and very popular. It has coarse sand and has several coastal services to enjoy.

Specifically, we are located in Reus, a municipality of Tarragona that you can explore and visit its most prominent tourist spots, full of history and the characteristic artistic culture of Catalonia, marked by the influence of Gaudí.
