We are in luck if we like to know different environments based on walking on and through them, because in the surroundings close to the population of La Pineda there is a great variety of open spaces where we can appreciate landscapes of the most diverse and always pleasant.

The Major Sequia Park is one of the most important wetlands of the Costa Dorada, where the curious habitat of the salty lagoon is shown, which is what happens when the water masses are as close to the coastline, giving occasion to live in both animals and plant species that would not occur in other conditions. We can comfortably visit this precious protected natural enclave thanks to the fact that it has been arranged in their vast majority based on wooden catwalks that help visitors not interfere negatively with the environment. These wood paths converge at points of their layout where observatories are facilitated together with special points influx.

From a more urban type we can also visit the parc of the Torre d’ in Dolça, which is called that for the fortification of the 16th century that presides over the park from its same center, being one of the best sites in the town from which to see sunset, at the edge of some of its numerous lakes between artificial and natural, where we can devote ourselves perfectly to the observation of birds in migrations of certain species.
