Beautiful modern-style house with rustic overtones for 8 people, in the charming beach town of Calonge, in the so-called Costa Brava, where the Mediterranean meets the province of Girona.
Guests at this accommodation will be able to enjoy:
Outside of the estate that surrounds the house there are some wonderful garden areas covered with grass and an area of porch with cement foundations on which rests the furniture of the solarium that has a separate shower . On that same porch, but in another area, there is a gazebo for 4 people next to a built-in barbecue.
Guests at this accommodation will be able to enjoy:
- 3 double size bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds with storage trundles and the remaining one has 2 twin single beds and another folding that is extracted from a cabinet on the wall. All rooms have air conditioning units.
- In the living room, a rest area has been configured with 2 triple sofas around a coffee table and a piece of furniture on which rests a huge panoramic television. In the transition strip between the living room and the kitchen, a dining set for 4 people has been arranged, which could be expanded given the size of the tabletop. Near this there is an extra table with 2 chairs in case more diners need to be served.
- The kitchen, designed in simple lines with an intended minimalist character, is fully equipped in terms of electrical appliances, as well as having a good selection of kitchenware.
- The 2 bathrooms available in the house are complete , with all the basic toilets typical of a toilet and also modern shower cabins with various modes.

Sourroundings of Formentera en la Costa Brava
If we like hiking or simply have the healthy intention of alternating the coast that we see on a day-to-day basis on our vacations, we can go to the Sierra de Ses Gavarres, a Natural Park of exuberant vegetation where it is possible to Climb a peak of Puig d'Arques with its more than 500 meters above sea level and from here we can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the interior.
On our journey we will find beautiful lakes and rivers, in addition to many other things, and it is that the geographical demarcation of this territory is about 29,000 hectares.
In the main square of Sant Antoni de Calonge in a historical impression complex, we find the Castillo de Calonge, a medieval fortress built in front of the Parish of San Martí, for which it was created, in order to provide defending. The truth is that it is not known exactly when construction began, but the first documentary record of a mention of the castle dates from the 12th century.
Most of it is preserved as in its origin except for the palace attached to the south wall and later a couple of towers. This, which is now a monument, was at the time the focus of the anger of the peasants who confronted the landowner responsible for these lands in the remend wars, which is why the fire of the 15th century occurred.
