This rural house is a break from the most cosmopolitan areas, ideal to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside on the outskirts of Gijón.

The house is perfect for 8 people and has 190 m2 where you will not lack anything.

• The 4 bedroom s have been adapted to provide you with the maximum possible comfort, which is why they have clean sheets that will cover you to stay warm in winter and nightstands next to the mattresses. Half of the rooms have a double bed, the other half a pair of single beds s.

Something they have in common is space, they gain spaciousness without overloaded decoration and have some key elements that improve coexistence. For example, in front of the beds you can find televisions to watch your favorite channels in privacy, so everyone can watch what they want.

In addition, the sockets are near the headboard, there are closets for luggage and even access to the balcony. Have you noticed the views? Overlooking the mountain.

• As the house is on two levels, some of the bathrooms have a mansard roof. There are 3 in total:, two of them with shower and the remaining one with bathtub, depending on your tastes and the moment you can choose the option that you like the most. On the other hand, the sinks are made of marble as are the bidets and we have left the essential around. You will also have a hair dryer to avoid getting cold, as well as towels.

• The kitchen is simple, a countertop that extends along the wall with the appliances and the kitchenware. It will be easy to prepare a delicious homemade meal, since it doesn't lack detail either. Next to the ceramic hob there is even a washing machine in case you need it, while the crockery drawers and breakfast accessories are scattered throughout the room. Suitable for coffee lovers, a drink that we know you love.

• The living room has a peculiar charm as it is oriented to the outside. The sofa is right in front of the glass window and in addition to being nourished by a good stream of natural light, it also has a panoramic view of the terrace.

To pass the time there are several options: the television in the living room is complemented by the material in one of the bedrooms, where there is even an electric organ and some books. Meanwhile, the Wi-Fi connection will allow you to work if you need to polish any details and there is a desk to make everything much more comfortable.

• In order not to lose your routine, the house has a gym equipped with a punching bag and all the material you need to do your exercises.

In the outdoor area there are also some amenities that you can take advantage of:

• A porch with barrels where you can lean on a drink or let the lamps illuminate you, although the roof already has light. Below is the dining room, to share a barbecue when the good weather arrives. In fact, there is an area specifically set up for cooking food over embers, also with firewood for the indoor fireplace. X

• Another of the places that we love is the garden, part grass and part stone, houses the pool. Taking a dip will become your routine, plus it is a good alternative to the beaches and you can enjoy it at any time of the day. Of course, it is seasonal.

• Obviously, the greatest attraction of the coast is the beaches.  Playa del Arbeyal is the closest and one of the most popular in the area. It is made up of sand, perfect for lying on a towel and resting in the sun, plus its facilities allow you to practice water and land sports.

• surfing is a lifestyle and at Playa de Morís it is common to ride the waves. It is also adapted for people with reduced mobility and if you like hiking you can follow the coastal path, you will love the views!
