This coqueto apartment offers a place to rest from the beaches and environment of gijón in intimacy. In the center of the city, it has all the ingredients to live an unforgettable experience with your family.

You will be close to the most tourist and coast points, combining both so that you always have a place to visit, a place to know. The capacity of the house is 4 people maximum and has 46 m2 that have been decorated with cheerful colors and most original, which provide a special charm:

• a bedroom where the wall wallpaper is mixed with pastel tones. It has a double bed that invites you to dream deeply on the comfortable mattress and a large window that fills the room with warmth. The curtains provide a more intimate environment, while the closet has enough space for all luggage.

• a bathroom that follows the aesthetics of the accommodation but in pink marble, parquet floors and with the plus of being very complete. The toilet zone consists of a bathtub that also includes shower, both surrounded by the glass screen. To avoid slippers we have left a waterproof mat, as well as the towel games. Around the sink you will find the hair dryer.

• the kitchen has its personality. Connected with the living room in the main room, keep the elements that will help you become authentic chefs here: outer adequate, appliances and even a dishes to share homemade food in the dining room. To collect then there are also some basics, such as a collector.

• Later begins the living room headed by a simple sofa- bed where you will surely end up chatting with a thousand different themes or will serve as a basis for operations to plan your next visit. The apartment has a television as entertainment, but the best company are yourself.

The building has elevator to access the upper floors, something that comes in handy since our apartment is in the fourth floor. Enjoy the tranquility of the Barrio del Llan or, where our accommodation is located. A few minutes walking are the Begoña Paseo and the Plaza Mayor, one of the most beautiful in the entire Spanish country.

If you come in summer you will be looking forward to visiting the beaches in the area, the closest to us are the Playa de San Lorenzo and the west beach. Both sandy have exceptional conditions where coastal services will not be missing, restaurants where to take something in front of the sea and activities to perform.

• the port is one of the places that attracts the attention of tourists and in the immediate vicinity you can practice all types of water sports.

• In addition to the diving or the snorkeling that you can do on the beaches, the city has an aquarium where you can learn more about marine life. The kids love it!
