The building has elevator to access the upper floors, something that comes in handy since our apartment is on the fourth floor. Outside on the street there is usually no problem finding parking, so you will surely be able to park easily.

- A bedroom where the wallpaper on the wall mixes with pastel tones. It has a double bed that invites you to dream deeply on the comfortable mattress and a large window that fills the room with warmth. The curtains provide a more intimate atmosphere, while the wardrobe has enough space for all the luggage.
- A bathroom that follows the aesthetics of the accommodation but in pink marble, parquet floors and with the added bonus of being very complete. The toilet area consists of a bathtub,, which also includes a shower,, both surrounded by the glass screen. To prevent slipping we have left a waterproof mat, as well as the towel sets. Around the sink you will find the hair dryer. X
- The kitchen has its own personality. Connected to the living room in the main room, it stores the elements that will help you become true chefs here: appropriate kitchenware, appliances and even a tableware to share the homemade food in the dining room. To collect later there are also some basic ones, such as a dustpan.
- Further on begins the living room headed by a simple sofa bed where you will surely end up chatting about a thousand different topics or it will serve as a base of operations to plan your next visit. The apartment has a television for entertainment, but the best company is yourselves.

Sourroundings of Parque Alegría
Enjoy the tranquility of the Llan o neighborhood, where our accommodation is located. A few minutes walk away are the Paseo de Begoña and the Plaza Mayor, one of the most beautiful in the entire Spanish country.
If you come in summer you will be looking forward to visiting the beaches in the area, the closest to us are Playa de San Lorenzo and Playa de Poniente. Both sandy areas have exceptional conditions where there will be no shortage of coastal services, restaurants where you can have a drink facing the sea and activities to do.
