What stands out of our apartment is the comfort of its facilities, as it has a large interior space that is perfect for family sharing. The location is also exceptional, in the heart of Gijón and by hand with the beaches


It has a capacity for 5 people maximum, in addition to 74 m2 designed to encourage comfort and a simple decoration that intertes the furniture with rustic details:

• 3 bedrooms blank illuminated by large windows that open outward. This is very good if you want to take advantage of some of the auxiliary tables that we have included, furnished with chairs around in case you want to talk or read in the intimacy of the rooms. Also with embedded rmarios, hangers and even plugs close of the headboards, these corners will welcome you to recharge the energies and return to adventure. 

• a bathroom quite amplitude, that is what attracts most attention. It doesn't matter if more than one want to prepare in front of the sink mirror, because there is a place to be left over. On the other hand, it has a shower and a bide for cleaning. The towels or essential we have included them.

• a kitchen that has a washing machine also under the countertop. As for its equipment, it has a variety in the appliances, outer and dishes. They are basic that can never be missing and that will really help you when preparing a rich homemade cuisine.

• a room, place of meetings and long conversations. two sofas preside, both placed in front of a flat screen television. In the center two most original tables and next to it a lamp that accompanies the modern style that marks the room. Come and enjoy the center of Gijón from our accommodation. From here you will have access to the urban area and the sand beaches in the area, where it is usual to practice sports such as volley
The leisure and restoration offers have a lot of variety: from bars next to the sea, playrooms and children's parks. There is also space for the culture, for example you can visit the Natal House of Jovellanos or the Plaza Mayor de Gijón, where the whole life of the city is concentrated. As a trip to the past are the Roman ruins of Las Termas, you will always have something new to discover.

A few steps away is the main bus station, for those who do not have their own vehicle. Due to the location of the accommodation, the use of the car is not necessary and it is always good to have alternatives.
