Apartamento Álvarez

This vacation shares one of the most popular destinations for the summer in family or partner: Gijón. Our apartment is located in one of the quiet neighborhoods of the city, very close to the beach and with everything you need for your stay.

Formed by 68 m2, the interior offers a place to take the time and create new moments with your favorite people. Well communicated and very practical, you can house even 3 people and your stays are divided as follows:

• 2 bedrooms: both follow the same style painted blank and with everything you need to offer you the best breaks. Do you need to work? If you have a pending task you can always use the desktop in the main room, you are ready for you, with lamp and study chair. In it you will also find a double bed, melind that in the other it awaits you an individual bed.

• a bathroom decorated with tiles, detail that brings some color. It has a shower plate surrounded by a glass screen, to the sides with the toilet and the sink. On the latter there is a wide mirror and some essentials around both. If you need, there are towels available.

• In the main area everything is much better communicated. On the other hand, the kitchen keep the household and the appliances that will later serve you to prepare meals and even wash the clothes, because it has washing machine. Returning to the culinary experience, you will love to know that we have very varied articles, small accessories such as the microwave and dishes. Gathering is much simpler if you have the necessary elements and that is why we also have dishwasher.

• Later there is the room, which begins with a sofa red which is perfect to rest inside. The windows favor a better enlightened space, something that is to please at the desktop or at the time of watching the television in the early hours of the day. It also has a dining room so you can chat, throw a game of cards... here you will kill the time until it is time to put your swimsuit and return to the beach.
