Our accommodation is located close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the village of Argüeru, belonging to Asturias where you'll be able to spend the best vacaciones.
We have a perfect home for groups, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts with yours, both in the interiors, as in the outdoor facilities, which are designed for leisure de our guests.
Cuenta a total of 2 floors in which they will be able to enjoy a maximum of 11 people, they will have at their disposal the following spaces:

We have a perfect home for groups, where you will be able to enjoy the best comforts with yours, both in the interiors, as in the outdoor facilities, which are designed for leisure de our guests.
Cuenta a total of 2 floors in which they will be able to enjoy a maximum of 11 people, they will have at their disposal the following spaces:
- Un bright and spacious living room en which have tapizados chairs in brown tones, combined with the color blue, and have beside it a amplia window. On the front, a piece of furniture and the television. On the other side we have the dining table, with its set of chairs around.
- Una full kitchen, equally luminous and a counter in which all the appliances and utensils is distributed, además a functional wooden table with sillas.
- 6 bedrooms de which 2 of them have double bed and los 3 below with a pair of individuales beds and the last with one single bed .
- 3 full bathrooms in which you will find all the necessary amenities, among which are the towel sets.
Already in the outdoor areas, we have:
- A porch fully equipped in which you can enjoy good views of the rest of the facilities.
- A large garden area, where the pool of 10x5 meters is located.
- A barbecue.

Our villa is located in the neighborhood of Manzanedo, in Argüero (Villaviciosa), also surrounded by the incomparable setting of the Villaviciosa Valley, the Villaviciosa Estuary and the Sueve Mountain Range.
It is highly recommended to visit from the house the Comarca de la Sidra, the city of Gijón, the city of Oviedo, tourist areas such as Cabo de Peñas or the Colunga-Lastres-Ribadesella-Llanes area; as well as in all Asturias you can enjoy horseback riding, quad biking, hiking, rafting, canoeing, canyoning, etc... and of course, enjoy the best cuisine, and endless recreational activities.
We also have an agreement with the Zulima boat of the port of Gijón for boat trips or personalized outings of diverse fishing or even of tuna fishing (in season), in this boat with skipper.

Things to improve:
All 4 single beds have sagging mattresses.
There is too much furniture and too intense decoration, the space is somewhat tight. It would be nice to have a closed terrace to be able to make meals.

Indeed we have new individual mattresses in charge. As for the "intense" decoration, it is what it is, set by the La Orangerie team and we are not going to change it.
This is not an "Ikea" type house where everyone knows the furniture, it is good, solid furniture of a marked style and I can assure you of a cost not even similar.
The closed terrace would be nice but it would detract from the naturalness of the house.
