They can be comfortably lodged 4 people, who will enjoy a modern and quite updated interior. The 62 m2 that form it can not be better equipped. They have:

• 2 bedrooms new, with the plus of having a television hanging right in front of the mattresses. Each can put the channel that fancy the most, so there are no discussions. Both have a double bed, warm in winter and next to the window to leave the breeze pass in summer. Natural lighting is appreciated, a room is much more welcoming. To save the clothes are the cabinets, while the bedside tables will give you a place to leave your hand luggage.

• a bathroom, in line with the updated house of the house. The sink is a wide furniture that has a large mirror and keeps the essentials around. Such as the shower, which has a plate at rush and varied toilet items. Everything is clean and favors comfort, an environment that makes you forget concerns. Also with toilet paper and towels.

• a kitchen in black and white, full of accessories to prepare a delicious homemade food. We know that from time to time you want to go from restaurant, but nothing here will prevent you from enjoying authentic culinary experience.

The countertop is complemented with natural plants and a TV on top, in addition to the witorfied that will help you cook. Both the dishes and the utensils will help you serve and cook the dishes, and then serve them in the main dining room or here in the breakfast table.

• a room where you want to lie on one of the two sofas, close your eyes and disconnect. Or why not? Put something entertaining on the TV. Like the rest of the accommodation, the windows provide good lighting and have blinds, to avoid direct light. When the cold arrives, the stove will be an extra complement that will take you together with a cup of warm coffee inside.

The streets of Avilés keep the remains of ancient civilizations that have settled in the council for centuries. Here urban art and culture merger to give them a place full of traditions and monuments.

• If you have not visited the port, now it is time to do so. It has always had vital importance for the area, which is based thanks to marine activity. This fact grants a beautiful coast to spend, composed of sands such as the Xagó beach and its dunes.

• There is also a wink to our Italian neighbors in the San Nicolás de Bari Church, built in the thirteenth century and successfully preserved today.

We place ourselves in the center of the population, one of the most important in the Principality. Nearby there are restaurants, local stores and even train stations to travel without moving your own vehicle.
