We are in one of the most popular areas of Gijón, next to San Lorenzo beach. Walking there will only take you a few minutes and from the height of the apartment you can even see the sea.

Inside, the ceilings slope to offer an attic space full of comforts for 6 people, a family refuge where you will have all the key points of the area at hand. It consists of 68 m2 and the following rooms:
- A pair of bedrooms from where you can see the starry sky through the skylight windows. There are 2 rooms that have: one, double bed and the other, , two single beds. If you come with small children we will be happy to provide you with the relevant accessories, whether cot or high chair.
- The bathroom is simple, with enough room to move around as you wish. It has , a shower to wash away the sand from the beach and marble furniture that is combined with large tiles, the entire room is white except for the floor. Above the sink there is a large mirror to prepare yourself before going out or for a special occasion, plus we have equipped it with towels and assorted essentials.
- The kitchen extends until it reaches a window, Can you see the sea? It has a nice frame where the coast is seen from the side. On the other hand, the countertop stores the ceramic hob and the oven to cook meals to your liking, also with kitchenware and an appropriate tableware. Coffee lovers can keep yourselves company with a cup on the side table or prepare a delicious breakfast with the toaster.
- In the room everything changes, here there are no worries of any kind. The fireplace will keep you warm in winter and on the sofa bed you can snuggle up until you fall asleep. It also has a dining room that invites you to gather around it to create new moments together or read one of the books on the bookshelf next to it. Later, the seat awaits you to watch television.
