This summer, get together with your family or plan that reunion with friends that never seems to come. From our apartment in the center of Gijón we make it easy for you, as it offers a fairly spacious place to rest near the beach.
In just a few minutes you will be dipping your feet on the shore, walking along the promenade or looking for the best place to eat in front of the sea. Are you going to miss it?
The total capacity of the accommodation is 8 people, so excuses are not valid because there is space for everyone. Its 90 m2 are made up of different amenities that will adjust to your comfort:

The total capacity of the accommodation is 8 people, so excuses are not valid because there is space for everyone. Its 90 m2 are made up of different amenities that will adjust to your comfort:
- There are 3 bedrooms that are distributed as follows: the first has 2 single beds and a double, the second a single bed and the third a double bed. They are not overloaded with unnecessary decoration, but they do have a television to enjoy from the mattresses. Simplicity is its most attractive feature, with coat rack areas and large windows that face the outside.
- In the bathroom what catches the eye is the elegance that the tiles on the walls give off in harmony with the marble furniture. The sink is in black with a mirror that has its own lighting and the shower will give you a moment of absolute relaxation, as the shower head lets water fall like rain. Among the basics we have included towels, a hair dryer and essentials.
- At meal time you have a very well-equipped kitchen that has a countertop that runs to the end of the wall so that you can move with grace and fluidity. It contains double sink and the ceramic hob to heat food, around key appliances such as the microwave. You will also see that it has a classic kitchenware and tableware so that you can share a delicious homemade meal together in the main dining room.
- The living room features a sofa bed where you can gather in front of the flat screen television or take advantage of it to decide the next day's adventures. It is undoubtedly very cozy and maintains the high ceilings of the original structure, a detail that you will surely love. Near the entrance door there is a dressing table as a hall where you can leave your keys and give yourself the finishing touches before leaving.

Sourroundings of El Cuarto del Marqués
We are less than five minutes from the beaches. Is there anything better? In summer you can take advantage of having the coast next to you, with the extra detail that you will also be in the heart of Gijón.
If you want to try something different, we invite you to visit the Botanical Garden or even plan an excursion to the Lakes of Covadonga. In the latter case, don't forget your hat or sunscreen, since it is an open esplanade.
In general, you will not use the car much, unless you visit the surrounding towns or specific places that are far from the urban area. This is very good for those who do not have their own vehicle, because the bus station is a few meters away from our accommodation.
- The city is full of life and it is common to walk along the promenade of San Lorenzo Beach. Kilometric, it extends along the seashore and there is no shortage of leisure and restaurant offerings.
