Beautiful house near the sea, with capacity for 10 visitors, in the coastal town of Vilassar de Mar, in the south of the region of Maresme, province of Barcelona.
In this spectacular accommodation, your guests will be able to use and enjoy the following facilities:
In the patio that is available when leaving the living room there is a built-in barbecue, as well as a small set of garden furniture where the inhabitants of the house can enjoy relaxed meals in the open air. There is also a small roof terrace as a solarium where we find a couple of sun loungers.
In this spectacular accommodation, your guests will be able to use and enjoy the following facilities:
- 5 rooms of which 4 are already arranged as double bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom in suite format with its own bathroom and another that has a small private terrace, which has a pair of single beds, unlike the rest that have double beds. There is one of these rooms that is planned as a attic living room in the upper part of the house in which 2 sofas convertible into beds have been arranged. X
- In the bright space of the lounge there is a set of dining room with seating for up to 6 diners. At the opposite end of the room is a huge widescreen TV around which a couple of oversized triplets are arranged. The room is cooled with a air conditioning unit. As a curiosity, there is an elevator in this room that connects it directly to the upper part of the house.
- The kitchen elegantly designed in the shape of a "U" proposes a very comfortable work space with all the necessary equipment and a wide variety of kitchenware.
- On the first floor we find the 2 full bathrooms of the house, one integrated into the suite space of one of the rooms and the other for non-private use, both with open-format shower cabins. On the main floor there is also a toilet as an alternative option.
