- A room in format, suite with a king-size bed, its own full bathroom, a spacious dressing room and a private terrace. The other bedroom, enabled as such, is in the attic and has two single beds, another full bathroom, in addition to its own terrace. There is also a luxurious office, for those who have to take advantage of part of the stay working.
- The living room, as spacious as it is bright, is carefully designed down to the smallest detail, with a large corner sofa and a high-end armchair with footrest, all arranged in front of a panoramic television. In the space that connects the living room with the kitchen there is a dining table for 6 people.
- The island kitchen has all the necessary equipment even so that the most gourmets can prepare their dishes without missing anything at all. In addition, this room opens completely on the wall that overlooks the outside patio.
- The 2 full bathrooms are tiled in slate stone. The one that corresponds to the suite, has both a bathtub and a shower cabin, in addition to a door that gives access to a solarium space, which would complete the spa experience that it is capable of providing. The other bathroom would also have a walk in shower with the option of a rain shower head.
- Outside of the property we find up to 3 terraces each one arranged on one of the levels of the house, all facing the coast, but of course, the views are not as spectacular on the first floor as on the one that would correspond to the rooftop. On the ground floor there is a garden and a private pool. Also just off the kitchen there is a set of outdoor furniture with a large table with seating for up to 8 people. X

A few kilometers further north and inland is the Salto de las Mujeres del Agua, a beautiful grove that surrounds and populates the Montnegre in the region of Maresme.
