In the complex in which this accommodation is included there are some common areas among which we can highlight the magnificent bathing area with an infinity pool whose horizon is the surrounding forest and the sea.

- 3 rooms of which 2 are double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single twin beds, but both with very good natural lighting thanks to their exterior projection and the large windows they have. The remaining room that is located above the living room would be an alternative room with its own television and a sofa that converts into a bed.
- In the room there are several corners depending on their subsequent use, so we find a rest area with a couple of individual armchairs and a triplet that are arranged around the center of the room for whose position the fireplace and the big widescreen TV next to it. Behind all this there is a set of chairs and table to serve dining room up to 4 people at the same time.
- The kitchen, decorated in a modern but simplistic style, is equipped with all the appliances that we may need during our stay, as well as a large tableware service.
- The 2 bathrooms that the house has would be complete with shower cabin, but one of them has private access for the suite that has a double bed while the other would have public access .
- Outside the house there is a terrace with beautiful views of the forest and the sea, which we can calmly enjoy sitting on the outdoor furniture arranged in this space.

Extraordinarily, near the beach of Sa Riera, when turning towards the south the Punta de Creu is the Ses Negres Marine Reserve, a strip of water that extends 30 meters out to sea and to a depth of others 20.
