Designer duplex for 6 guests in a complex with several dwellings on the mountain of Sa Riera next to the beach of the same name, in the part of the province of Girona that bathes the Mediterranean Sea and it is called the Costa Brava.

- 3 double bedrooms, two of them exactly the same with a pair of single beds, each of which would be located on the lower floor of the house, but even so, due to their exterior projection, are very bright rooms; the remaining room is arranged in a mezzanine above the living room which is accessed from it by a staircase. This space would be diaphanous as it does not have walls and receives natural lighting from both sides. The room has a double bed and a simple set of bedside tables with their respective lights.
- The room is an eclecticly decorated room, whose seating elements, including a couple of individual armchairs and a triplet, are orchestrated around a center in which we would find both the fireplace and the screen panoramic television. Next to a window that opens onto the kitchen, which facilitates service, there is a small dining room for 6 people. X
- The kitchen has all the appliances and kitchenware that we may need during our stay.
- The bathroom is complete with a shower cabin and is located next to the rooms on the ground floor, but on the main floor there is a toilet as an alternative for hygienic use.
- In the private and private exterior part of the house, which is accessed through the doors of the living room, we come across a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture in a proposal for an outdoor gazebo with enough seats for everyone the inhabitants of the house can enjoy the wonderful views offered by this spectacular location.
